unfold expression
This feature is still EXPERIMENTAL!
Unfold command removes
xsh:fold attributes from all given elements.
Such attributes are usually created by previous
usage of fold. Be aware, that
xmlns:xsh namespace declaration may
still be present in the document even when all elements
are unfolded.
